Builders & operators
Founders, leaders, product people, and designers responsible for the systems other people live inside.
Pazlow may grow, over time, into a small ecosystem of conversations, events, workshops, forums, tools, and resources for people learning to see what systems actually reward — and what it would take to change.
Nothing here is live yet. This page exists so the people who would care most can help shape it.
The Pazlow community is being designed as a slow, serious space — not a feed, not a status game, not a content firehose. The point is to think more clearly with other people who take incentives seriously as a way of understanding the world.
The format may shift as we learn what is useful. What stays constant is the method: identify the system, name the incentives, trace the behavior, look at what would need to change.

II.
Journalists, academics, strategists, and analysts trying to explain why outcomes keep diverging from intentions.
III.
Teachers, parents, partners, and observers using the same lens on culture, relationships, and everyday life.
Membership and structure are still being designed. The early list shapes who gets invited into the first experiments.
None of these exist yet. They are directions being considered — the early list helps decide which ones come first.
Small, focused conversations around a single system, decision, or pattern people are trying to read more clearly.
Coming later
Working sessions on real cases — a team, a product, a culture, a policy — using the Incentive Audit as a shared method.
Coming later
Slow, careful readings of the book, key essays, and outside work that sharpens how members see incentives.
Coming later
A quieter space for members to think out loud, post field notes, and get useful pushback from people doing similar work.
Coming later
Lightweight frameworks, prompts, and worksheets — built and refined with members, kept practical, kept short.
Coming later
Occasional gatherings — in person and online — to compare notes across industries and life situations.

Where stated values quietly lose to compensation, metrics, and defaults.
How platforms, schools, and institutions drift from the outcomes they were built to produce.
How to redesign a team, a process, or a household so the right behavior becomes the easy one.
What it actually takes to change a habit — yours or a system's — when willpower runs out.
How to read a market, a culture, or a relationship through what it rewards and punishes.
Join the early interest list to receive updates as the first experiments take shape, and to be among the first invited when they open.
No platform yet. No paid tier. Just an early signal of interest from people who would actually use it.
